Mr. Liston began his distinguished career in industrial real estate in 1995 and founded Core Industrial Realty in 2022.
Mr. Liston has developed a superior brokerage approach that utilizes his extensive knowledge of the transactional process as well his knowledge of each of his active submarkets. Understanding the limitations of data only, Mr. Liston provides invaluable insight to each of his clients with qualitative analysis tailored to each project. His areas of concentration include landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and sale/leasebacks, build-to-suit transactions and vacant land dispositions.
In addition, Mr. Liston offers thorough investment services by assisting buyers and sellers in the analysis of potential investment sales and acquisitions. Throughout his 28-year distinguished career, Mr. Liston has sold or leased in excess of $2 billion of industrial properties.
