Since beginning his industrial/commercial brokerage career in 2016, Mr. Krejci has completed over 3.3 million square feet of transactions totaling more than $210 million, including over $65 million in 2021 and over $87 million in 2022. Nick is active in the Central DuPage, O’Hare, and I-88 submarkets. In addition, he enjoys providing services to his clients on a national level where he has worked on transactions with his clients in Texas, California, Florida, Michigan and Minnesota.
Some of Mr. Krejci’s notable transactions include a 352,338 square foot lease consolidation with apparel retailer AKIRA in Bolingbrook and a 29.2-acre land sale to Panattoni Development where they developed a 356,462 square foot speculative warehouse in Aurora in 2023.
Nick is very committed to serving his clients and enjoys building long term relationships with customers and entrepreneurs in various industries. He also enjoys training and mentoring younger brokers.
