Parker Ray is a licensed real estate broker who joined the Core Industrial Realty brokerage team in November 2022. He offers a full range of brokerage services, including tenant/buyer/owner representation, built-to-suit projects, site acquisitions, redevelopments, sale/leasebacks, and investment deals. He works closely with Principal and Managing Broker, Noel Liston, who has been in the industry for the past 27 years, and Nicholas Krejci, who has been in the industry for the past 6 years.
Parker graduated from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with a degree in Economics. During his time at the university, he received multiple Dean’s Lists Honors for his academic achievements. Parker also played on the Hockey team at Iowa. Before pursuing a career in industrial real estate, Parker worked for ABCO Electrical Construction & Design, an electrical contractor headquartered in Chicago. During his time there, he handled a variety of responsibilities, including management, estimating, planning, and overseeing several industrial construction projects throughout the Midwest.
Parker brings his experience and knowledge to Core Industrial Realty, where he provides excellent services to clients seeking industrial brokerage services. With his expertise in the Elgin/I-90, Lake County, and SE Wisconsin submarkets, Parker is equipped to offer clients valuable insight and guidance to help them achieve their real estate goals. His previous experience in industrial construction also provides him with a unique perspective that allows him to understand his clients’ needs and offer customized solutions to fit their requirements.
