Ryan Sapiente joined the Core Industrial Realty brokerage team in August 2026. Ryan works closely with Founder and Managing Broker Noel Liston and Partner Matthew Lee. He offers a full range of brokerage services, including tenant/buyer representation, built-to-suit projects, site acquisitions, redevelopments, sale/leasebacks, and investment deals.
Ryan earned his degree in Business Economics from The University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. While in high school, Ryan founded an e-commerce business that he continued to operate throughout college. This experience strengthened his entrepreneurial mindset, work ethic, and passion for building relationships, which he now brings to his role as a broker at Core Industrial Realty.
